Prussian-Wolfe & Company is the DBA of Stephen W. Wolfe, which was formalized in 1979. Prussian-Wolfe is primarily engaged in the development, redevelopment and management of real estate for its own portfolio. Although Prussian-Wolfe has owned and managed residential properties in the past (including apartments and condominiums) in recent years it is now primarily focused on commercial real estate. Prussian-Wolfe also engages in business and financial consulting.
