Clark's Block Associates purchased the building in 1979 and over the last quarter century+ has—on an ongoing basis—brought the property into a viable condition for the 21st century. Among the improvements has been the installation of a 2nd elevator, handicap acess to the upper floors, handicap bathrooms, modern HVAC, new interior staircases, general maintenance, and rehabilition of the property.

The property consists of retail space on the ground floor and primarily office space on the upper floors. It currently has approximately 40 tenants totalling about 125 employees.
